Hey there everyone!
I came across this forum a month ago or so, forgot about it, and found it again. I decided to finally sign up. I love those little weightloss tickers and I wanted one.
Plus I can relate with everyone and need motivation just the same.
I'm 23 and living outside of Philly, PA. I live alone with my cat so cooking for myself is easy but I didn't have the energy to do it. I had lost some weight right before I graduated from college and then moved down this way for my job and gained it. I went up to 180 and then down to 160 and back up to 170 before I said "Ok that's it." I had heard commericals on the radio about LA Weightloss and decided to check it out. Then I signed up. It's much more costly than I had anticipated but it's working and it's what I need. The money will be worth it.
I started LAWL on November 8th so you can see below on my ticker how I'm doing. My goal with LAWL is 137 but really I think I'll change that to 135 or even 130 for myself (not LAWL). I'm 5'4" but my body type isn't very slender. I'd say average/muscular but proportional.
I've changed my way of eating by sticking to the outside of the grocery store... only eating the fresh stuff for the most part. And occassionally treating myself to a Heathly Choice pizza.
It's in my LAWL plan.
Plenty of water. One can of diet soda a day. And a multi-vitamin.
I'm not sure what else to write but there's a quick intro for ya.
