Final stretch!

I began my weight loss a year ago when I had lapband surgery. I have since lost 85 lbs. Now I am working out for 60 minutes a day and watching what I eat. I have plateaued for about three months and it is driving me nuts! I have tried to switch up my diet to different varieties and change my workout. Any more advice? The scale is starting to move again but it is pretty slow.

don't worry about the scale too much. are you taking measuremenst? how are they going?
