hi ive just signed up for tis forum to try and gain tips and advice on my circumstances!
just to give a low down, im a 19 year old male (5ft 9) and studied sports science at college and have always been involved in sport, however i went through a year period, where i gained alot of weight and became overweight. around 13 1/2 stone.
i started training in january, mainly doing cardio and interval training on the rowing machine, along with a strict protein diet, including eggs, ham, chicken, yoghurt , fruit, vegetable etc, tryign to eat minimal carbs.
im now at a decent 11 1/2 stone, and have my upper abs, ive started to introduce weight training now aswell as i feel my arms have become a little weaker and i need to add more definiton, my main aim now is to target my lower stomach and arms. im just wondering if anyone knows any effecient ways of improving my physique? should i introduce carbs? target ab exercises
im currently also taking reflex protein diet as a meal replacement to target my lower stomach.
Finally 6 week until my holiday so help to get the beach bod will be appreciatted thanks
