Hi everyone, I am 47 years old and have had the Sleeve Gastrectomy and have lost over 56 kilos.I also have Fibromyalgia and have it flare more often since the weight loss. My Rheumatoligist has advised to build muscle and get stronger and my flare ups will be decreased. I have a york gym station and treadmill. I also use High protein low carb shakes. Protein is high on the list of foods as I can't fit much in my new tummy. Any advise is welcomed. I would like to build muscle and get fit and strong and also lose the last 15-20 kilos. Thank you.
