I was wondering if anyone here deals with Fibro Myalgia. What do you do to ease the pain as you exercise? After a lot of research I found that FM patients should only exercise 5 minutes a day...THAT'S NOT ENOUGH FOR ME! I'm trying to get toned, but the pain from FM is a little too much to handle. Example: when I'm doing crunches I can only do like 15 because my arms hurt so bad.
Any advice? Thanks.
