Hey man!
I am on the "other side" and in taper for my first Ironman! That means I have major pent up energy and well,,, wanted to say wazup to ya'll.
I was 240 lbs a lil over 2.5 years ago, and now I am doing an Ironman. That means I am exercising obsessively and compulsively majorly.
SO- in 22 days I will be done, and I do not want to blow up like a balloon.
And I just realized I am trrying to justify being here.
I want to be here too. I like peeps!
SO- I knwo about sweating, I am a skydiver, I swim a lil, ride a bike once in awhile, and kinda sorta run!
and you guys have better smileys than the fitness side!
