Few Questions

Hi, just have a few various questions.

(1) When doing bent over rows, should the barbell touch (or almost touch) the stomach? I can do more weight but I won't be able to make it those last 3 inches. I'm not sure if the exercise is more or less effective with less weight and a more complete range of movement.

(2) What is the exercise called where one barbell end is put into a corner, the other is stacked with plates, and the heavy end is pushed with a single arm in an overhead manner?

(3) I've managed to up my dead lift and pull-downs over the last few weeks, however, I find I run out of grip strength before my back gets tired. I see some have these straps on their hands. What are they called? Does the gym have these or do most people have their own? Should I forget about those and work on my grip strength instead?

Thanks for any help.

1.) When i do Bent-over Rows the bar normal hits about the bottom of my pecs. It never touches my stomach, more like where your diaphragm is.

2.) Sorry, i cant help you there lol i cant remember what its called but i know exactly what ur talking about.

3.) There called straps lol. They cost about $4 and your gym should have them, granted there "community" straps. Work on your grip though, straps are good but a solid grip i better. Buy some, there amazing for heavy heads and cleans where any grip would pretty much be insufficient.
