few questions.....about losing weight

Hey all.. this is my first post here.....

have a few questions....

i.. at least I think.. i have a big face.. i think naturally i have a big head tho.. so i donno......

I weigh anywhere form 155 - 175 at any given time.. never much less or much more...... i eat what most would consider junk food a lot of the time and at all hours of the night... incl chips and pizza etc...... i work out extremely irregularly... weekly basis months at a time .. then months offf etc...... i never really gain wait anywhere that i can tell.. i always maintain the 6 pack.. tho it fades slightly from time to time..my biggest waist size has been 30..(lowest 28) but i have big shoulders and arms.....so im a little confused... why does my face appear to be big..... ?

is it possible that i jsut gain and keep wieght in my face.. it really annoys me.. is there a way to lose the weight there? dieting isnt realyl gonna help I dont think.. nor do I really wanna.. im gonan try this P90 work out my buddy gave me... worth a try...at very least it cant be bad for me.. tho when i work out i dont notice much diff anyways....

any advice...? sorry if i made enemies by saying i can eat junk and whenever and not gain weight.... just how it is...:S
 
Unfortunately, short of surgery there is no way to 'spot reduce' fat anywhere, including your face... When you lose fat, your body decides for itself where it goes from first. It's in your genes!
