I have cravings for feta cheese; I just love the flavor! But I hate salad :( I've tried it on pizza with chicken.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Feta cheese on top of Turkey Burgers... or feta cheese crumbled on top of angle hair pasta... YUM.

I love the tomato and basil feta cheese. Soooo good.

I add it to everything at the moment. Last nite it was meat patties, i just added a few cut up bits, was tasty! We also have it on salads, on sandwhiches, in meatloaf and pretty much anywhere else i can add it! Try it with sundried tomatoe, mmmmmmmm

I add it to just about anything when I want a little flavor. I'll make gemelli pasta with white beans, a tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle crumbled feta in. Yum!

the current issue of eating well magazine had this recipe in it -that sounded really good...

Chic Pea Salad
1 7-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
3 cups peeled, seeded and diced cucumber
2 cups halved grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup Creamy Ranch Dressing
Freshly ground pepper to taste

The recipe included really disgusting sounding home made ranch dressing -that used cottage cheese and other stuff blended -I'll stick with Maries fromt he produce section.

Place chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, onion, dressing and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until coated.

the recipe said it made 6 servings -maybe for birds it would serve 6 but using a low fat dressing - it made the calories a lot less...

Cut up some cucumbers and tomatoes. Add a little pepprika, salt, pepper and the juice from half a lime. Then mix in some feta!!! I know this may sound weird but it is really good and EXTREMELY healthy.

I take large portabella mushrooms, hollow out the inside... then in a bowl mix up some feta and diced tomatoes and a little olive oil, salt and pepper.. then fill the mushroom and grill for a few minutes until it starts to melt!

SOOOOOO yummy. You can eat plain, or put on a burger

Greek burgers! 1lb ultra lean beef, 1/2 cup feta, 1/2 black olive slivers. Mix and cook.

I just made these today as a matter of fact. I have the tomato/basil cheese for Wednesdays burgers.

Try this:

1/2 an eggplant
1 red bell pepper
1 box of mushrooms
optional: 1/2 red onion
1 box crumbled feta cheese
hoagie buns/rolls

Slice up and sautee veggies in olive oil. When they're almost done, spread them out and sprinkle the feta cheese on top. Also be toasting the buns in another skillet. When the cheese is slightly melted, scoop it out with a spatula and place on the buns, serve immediately.
