I have weighed myself three says in a row. The numbers are as follows; 241, 244, 242.... can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. My goal is to be <240 by Tuesday of next week (Feb10). I can do this!
I am on my second bottle of water, 1more for the day. Again, drinking the water has cut out at least 3 cups of coffee with 2(50calory each) sweetened creamers in them. I feel good about that
I am inspired after a reply from wlcoach to get moving! I am setting a timer to alarm every hour, and that will be my cue to move! It may not be a marathon, but it's something! And something is better than nothing
