If thats right then im feeling good right now =)

waist size in inches: 30 in.
13 years old...
thing is id like to get "ripped" or at least have my abs seen by other people. do you think its possable for me to get to 8% body fat in 3 months?
plan:
8:00 am- goto gym, weight lift for 30 mins or so...then cardio for 20mins on tredmill and 20mins on bike. protein shake befor and after workout
10 or 11:00 am- one egg with 2 slices of plain bread
12:30 pm- tuna (water filled) with protein shake
2:30 pm- chicken breast
4:30 pm-protein skake
6:30- penut butter (one spoon full)
also will going to the gym with two layers of sweats on help my weight loss when doing cardio?
what do you think of my plan?
