I started losing weight long time back..
but it seems so tough for me now..
I m on very strict dieting and full body exercise for 30-40 minutes as well.
taking vegetables, nuts, eggs, fruits, oatmeal, spinach, salad only with plenty of warm water.
but still weight is not decreasing. it is constant from past 1 month.
I m 57.6 kg n height is 5.1" inch..
suggest me what to do.. i wanna to lose 5 kg more..
i m getting hopeless day by day..

I think your weight is normal also.

I wanted to go down to 63 but got stuck at 65/66 for the longest time, 65/66 is still A healthy weight for me so I said to myself, ok, I can be happy with this.
I continued to eat healthy and do my sport and after a few months I dropped down and reached the 63 without even trying.
I maintained it until I fell pregnant and binged to settle all day nasua. I'm up to 90 kg with a few weeks to go before birth.

Has your body fat lowered?

If not, increase the intensity or your workout. You always want to progress your body. Re-evaluate your calorie intake and see if your diet needs to be adjusted.

I came to know few days ago.. i m suffering from hyppthyroid.. and its 237.. whereas normal level is 2-5
what should i do now>>
now gimme suggestions...

I suggest talking to your doctor. Also reading up and learning as much as you can about thyroid problems.
Ask questions like
What is the best treatment while managing your weight?

Welcome to the forum.

Your BMI is 23.8 by my calculation so is indeed in the healthy range.

That in itself is a brilliant achievement for someone with thyroid problems. It is definitely well worth you getting that treated. With luck - the treatment will help you lose these last stubborn pounds.

I suggest that you read the following thread - it may help you settle in and make friends

You need to go to your doctor and get medication to treat your thyroid problem. That is not going to change on its own, even with 'healthy food and exercise'. If that is all your doctor suggested, find a new doctor.

Also, why are you not able to exercise because of those thyroid problems? I know it can make you achy and bring on all sorts of pains, but there are people here (myself included) suffering from a range of illnesses and conditions like back problems, arthritis and the likes, and all of us manage some sort of exercise. Have you tried swimming? There is nothing more gentle on your joints, and it can actually ease some of the aches and pains.

The eating bit is sheer willpower. You either want to lose weight or not, it's a decision that you have to make. Nobody can do that for you.

I would be looking for a new doctor too. A thyroid problem should be treated.

Try as hard as you can not to gain the weight that you have done so well to lose... Aches and pains do tend to get worse as we get heavier so it would be really good if you could manage to hold your weight steady while seeking appropriate help.

Swimming is not the only excellent exercise... It is brilliant because the water supports the weight of your body as you exercise... Some people do not like water though. A lot of people do not think of walking as being beneficial - but it is... It is the main form of exercise that I used when I literally halved my weight... You do not need to run or take up sport to do some valuable exercise.
