f'ed up chest?

Hey I'm a male and I have an uneven chest where the bottom part of my chest is much larger than the top and it makes it look like i have breasts when i wear a t-shirt or whatever... I dont have much fat on it either where u can say i have bitch tits. its just that i have too much muscle there. i havent lifted lower chest in years, just so i relax that muscle.... and i try to do upper chest to make it look even.... any suggestions? thanks
 
I used to be like that too...some of my firends even used comment on it :( lol....but the only thing that I can think of (I did it, and it helped me)....is benching heavy weight and doing pullups (or any "back" excercises) to make the rest of your upperbody bigger....It took me a couple of months to start looking "normal" in my eyes.....lol and now people comment that I look "buff"....which is new to me lol but very nice....hope this helps...

close grip benchpress sometimes gets upper/inner chest.

Those are some exercises you can try, but what you have is most likely genetics. You're chest is really only 3 parts: the clavical head (upper), sternal head (majority of chest) and the minor (the sides)...Genetics determine whether how much of your chest gets shredded when you perform certain exercises. Thats why some people have trouble with upper chest, and some with lower chest ect.

The exercises could help, but you MUST concentrate on FORM and lifting HEAVY. If you don't then you're not gonna fix the problem.
