Sport Favourite 'cheat'

If you could choose one food that you could eat that would not negatively affect your training at all, ie wouldnt add fat, calories, salt etc etc, what would it be?

Mine would be breakfast cereal. I can actually eat it for fun late at night but the morning after feeling is hell as it expands the stomach overnight. A limitless amount of cheerios or crunchy nut cornflakes would make my healthy eating a lot more enjoyable.
 
Harpers barbacue sandwhich and fries. Its been 3 months, when i hit my ultimate goal, i am treating myself to the meal for one night. Ha so it will be most likely be another 3 months...but it will be mine.
 
lol wasnt this suppose to be food that doesn't negatively affect your training?

If so i would say baked lays chips, if anything, it would have to be those delicious 2 bite homestyle brownies.
 
Fast food.. I am going to miss it! I was used to eating it 2-3 times a week.. And now its just gone **CRy.. But I will treat myself to a small fastfood meal in a month or 2:)
 
Hum...

Pizza is a good one. I used to eat it almost every day :(

As far as dessert items I would have to say twix bars. God I love them!

i had one the new one from Pizza Express on Sunday, Chicken, roasted veg, pesto, sunblushed tomatoes.

I can honestly say that, after a fortnight of chicken and turkey, i have never enjoyed a Pizza so much.
