Hey guys,
I've been lurking. lots of very inspirational stories here.
I'm Nat I'm in the UK and I'm a fatty, it;s a funny world I suffered from an ED in my teens and recovered and now after 3 children and the most wonderful life I find myself at 78 kilos I am 5'4 I am hoping to lose weight by being good! I hope to get to 65 kilos and then 60
ULTIMATE! I have 3 children to raise and cook every day I don't scoff the leftovers but I often eat on the move and I eat badly, so it's a matter of changing bad habits! The meals I cook are great really healthy and fab I just need to eat less!
I have 3 days of the week where I can exercise as I only have 1 child at home so I hope to get out and run 2-3 miles at first well run/walk and also kettle bells. push/sit ups and general floor work. I know I can do this I use to be quite the gym bunny pre kids.
anyway so I start this week I hope just recovering after horrendous flu so no running as still have agile cough but reckon I can manage floor work!
