lol catchy title eh? lol nah im new here im 21 year old male been big all my life ....but throughout school it was all "A-ok" u know being defensive and offensive lineman....the more i ate the better my quarterback was protected!!...ive always been the guy to kinda stay at home more than most my age cause i was embarresed of how i looked , u know what im talking about....always the last guy at the pool to take his shirt off ....that sorta thing.....WELL NO MORE!!!!!!!!! .....i start the police academy in Feb. so excerising will be part of my everyday life for 18 weeks ....and i had to pass a physical agilities test to get in and i passed....BARELY though on the mile and half run i thought i was gonna die ......SOOOOO....i have until feb. 2nd to get my big arse in better shape and hopefully ill be at a stage to where running is nothing but a thang ....but enough about that im from kentucky ive lived here all my life....guess thas one of the main reasons im big , all the GOOD home cooked food....fried chicken, mashed potatoes , corn bread lol ....but thas me in a nutshell ....i been sneaking around this site quite sometime b4 i got the nads to join in on the fun and get with the program ....so hello everyone ....hopefully il have some awesome results to post up for all u fine people to see! .............:party:

Anyways, good on you for being accepted into the Police Academy! So it starts February, eh? Hmmm.... You have roughly 2 or so months to get in shape. I'm sure you'll do just fine.... if I come over and steal your fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn bread. haha jk Good luck with it.

Good luck with things by February! Is there any particular goal you want to reach by then? Setting something as an end point may help you see changes in your body. You said you've been around for quite some time, so hopefully you have checked out the stickies by now, but if not, that would be a great place to start!

appreciate all the input folks, im at work tonight but in the morning im goin to buy me some scales ....so i can keep up with my losses ....im not gonna weigh everyday but once a week hopefully ill start seeing results pretty soon
