So my sister and I started a change to healthier life styles last year. We did pretty well for a while but sadly fell off the wagon. This year we decided we would commit to a year of change for the better. We have started our blog to document our progress as we challenge ourself to The PaleoCleanse, which we have almost completed, weight loss goals, and healthier eating. We are also challenging ourselves to gluten free eating as we both have found out that we are intolerant to gluten.
I challenge anyone to join us! The Cleanse can only be done every couple of months, and we might repeat it this summer to help out with our goals but you can always go back and read what we have done and how. The second part of this challenge is to stay gluten free. It is so much easier said than done.
