Hi all who read this!

I'm starting my diary to keep myself motivated to lose weight.
I was relatively fit and happy with my weight until I got pregnant and huge! I had a little baby boy in June and can't shift the weight as just can't find the time to exercise now. But I have bought wii fit and wii active so I need to find the time to use them. I also love walking so will try and get out walking with baby more (if it ever stops raining here!)

I will try and post here most days with what I've done. And I will weigh myself once a week to track my loss (if any!!)

Starting weight is 163 lbs or 74kg.

Todays exercise - none :(

Anyone else here with a baby? How do you find the time to exercise? Any tips for me?

Ok here are my answers to some of the questions:

I'm 163lbs, want to be 133lbs.

6 months

I'm going to set smaller goals so my first goal is to reach 157lbs (a loss of 6 lbs) by Christmas

Today, I'm going to try and do my wii active this morning as a start. I will have to put my baby on his playmat and hope he'll be happy watching me for half an hour. We'll see how it goes.
 
Well the wii active session this morning was disasterous! My little one just wasn't happy lying on his playmat for longer than 5 minutes so had to give up after about 8 minutes.
So I think in order to get some exercise I am going to have to dedicate an hour to myself and get someone to mind the baby.
The whole point of me buying the nintendo wii was so I could do exercise at home but looks like that isn't going to happen. I think I will sell it now as no point in it lying here unused.

Maybe I could find an aerobics or step class somewhere near me at a time that suits. I'll have a look this evening.

Wow I never thought it would be so hard to find the time to exercise!
