I have been on this forum for a while and made a diary back when, but never kept up with it. I am taking charge again and getting back on track. I have never written down what I ate(at least not where everyone can see). So, this time I will. Since April 2007 I have lost 57 pounds. Sounds good but because of Christmas and then my family going to Disney in the first part of January, it really messed me up. I was up 7 pounds since the trip. I managed to take off 4, but have been stuck with the last 3. I am hoping by coming on here everyday and writting down everything I eat that I will get back on track. So, as of today I will have my positive attitude back and get to my weight loss goal by the end of this year. My menu won't look very good as far as vegetables, I am working on that too.
