Fat...

How can I read the labels correct? How can I find out how to get the calories that come from fat?

Servings per container: 13

Calories: 150
Total fat 4
total carbohydrate 30
Protein 10g

carbs = 4cal / g
protein = 4cal / g
fat = 9cal / g
alcohol = 7cal / g

So, from your example,

Calories: 150
Total fat 4 (36 calories)
total carbohydrate 30 (120 calories)
Protein 10g (40 calories)
Total = 196 calories (I don't know where they get 150 from)

That label's calorie count is off, unless the product you're listing contains 11g of fiber...which would reduce the net carbs to 19g and make their math almost work out properly.
or 11g of sugar alcohols (typical in protein bars), as these also "don't count" like normal sugary/starchy carbs do.
