Fat..

im getting a lil chubby around the waist....
how often should i jog to lose fat but not any muscle..

is there any thing else i can do to lose the belly fat..
 
a clean diet is the most important thing, "abs are made in the kitchen" as spock always says, cut out all pop and junk foods, eat 6 small meals a day, and drink tons of water.

as for jogging you should do it for 30 to 45 minutes a day 5 to 6 times a week.

A few days of strength training, a clean diet, and some cardio are all you need to keep a tight waistline. However, I think 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week is excessive.
