Fat to Fit!

Winter is coming and instead of holing myself up and giving way to emotional eating and my warm blankie I am aiming to come out of winter 20kgs lighter.


The difference this time is that I will be exercising- cardio and weights. So I am not sure if I will lose weight as quickly as before. However, I would rather have a better body shape and be fit that to have the scale give me a lighter number.

Eating as clean as I can. I'm aiming to go to the gym 3 times a week. It might be a bit of a struggle when assessments are due for uni, but I just have to organise myself and I should be sweet!


Officially 88.5 as of this morning!
