Fat Loss

Hey guys,
I am male, 5'3 and weigh about 140 Lbs. I currently wear about 30 size pants. My goal is to get fit and looked toned up. Can someone sugggest a routine for me to follow?

If you never workout out before I would suggest working out every second day.

(6 to 8 exercises per workout)

Workout 1 - Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders

Workout 2- Legs

Workout 3 - Chest, Abs and back

This is a good routine to build a base. Of course many people will have different advice but I would suggest to workout every second day the first 2 weeks minimum. The above routine would be changed has you progressed to the more traditional push/pull routines.

Thank you very much. well i did workout for the furst 1 month but then could'nt continue because of exam and studies. I did treadmill every other day and then used machines for various exercies like chest, biceps etc but now i want to get back into the routine. Do you think running every other day will help a lot??
