Fat Loss Supplement

I am 5'9", 175 lbs, work out twice a week doing only cardio, and have a pretty good diet of fruits + vegetables, and other low calorie foods. My question is does anyone know any good supplements to suppress appetite or increase metabolism? Thanks to all that read this.
 
water is a great way to suppress your appetite ... and, spreading out your meals into 6, instead of 3, will increase your metabolism and keep it going all day ... no suppliments required
