THE TITLE SHOULD'VE BEEN FAT THIGHS - my calves are ok.
Hi there everyone,
I've got 10 weeks (and a lot of spare time) to change a couple of things I dislike about my body, the main thing being my legs.
I've been losing weight (lost around 4-5 kgs so far) and am now at a healthy bmi but still want to lose more.
I need to slim and tone down my legs which have always been quite chubby. I never wear shorts because I feel disgusting in them. I need a plan that's gonna change that.
Please let me know what you think about my workout plan and what I should change/add to get the best results in 10 weeks (as I said I'll have quite some time on my hands):
Mon - Sat: spinning 45 mins
Tues, Thurs, Fri: Weight Lifting at gym (3x 20 reps of: leg curl, leg press, leg extension, hip abduction, hip adduction, step like movement on bench with weights attached to calves (not sure what this is called)), 3x 2 mins rope jumping
P.S.: top (from front) and outter thighs are in slightly better shape as there is less fat and slightly more muscle. INNER THIGS AND BACK OF THIGHS - bad boys
