Fat legs and thighs

This might seem like a simple question, but I can not find an answer anywhere. I have a really good metabolism I can eat whatever I want and never really gain any weight. I am 5'8 and 150 pounds with a 27" waist the only problem is I have fat legs and thighs, bigger than most other guys unless they are really out of shape.

I run a couple miles several times a week and I have a physically active job and I usually eat pretty healthy. I have tried a pretty hardcore diet before of really small healthy meals for a couple months but nothing happened and I was always too really weak. I run out of energy pretty fast actually, I have to eat really big meals otherwise I will run out of energy quick.

With all that in mind, is there any way that I can get normal sized legs?

Unless you post pictures, we can't really see what the problem is. However, I have always had a larger lower body than an upper body. For me, it was a combination of fat and muscle. I basically stopped working my lower body as intensely as my upper body. Now it's a little better, however not optimal. The funny thing is that now I can see veins popping up in my inner thighs, meaning that there is still a lot of muscle down there.

For some reason, the lower body is always more difficult to shape up than the upper body. Once again, I'd need a picture and full exercise/diet routine to give u some real suggestions. But one suggestion would be to stop running for a few weeks, and really measure the size of your thighs before and after this period.

What kind of job do you have?

Not always, but you're right... it is a common problem. You say 'for some reason.'

That reason tends to be the actual differing characteristics of varying fat cells. The actual 'science' of it is pretty messy... but if you're interested in researching it a bit, do some searching on such things as alpha vs. beta receptors in relation to catecholamines, hormone sensitive lipase (HSL), and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). Definitely some interesting stuff.

Once again, I'd need a picture

I'm just curious...

What do the pictures tell you?

Through exercise you can reduce the fat for legs and thighs.Aerobics is the best way to reduce the fat for thighs and legs.I know best exercise to reduce the fat for thighs and legs. That is Attach weights to your lower leg and sit in a straight-backed chair. Lift one leg, and then the other then both. This will not only tone your legs and thighs, it will also strengthen your stomach muscles.

I suggest you actually read the thread before posting.

If you had done this, you'd realize that your post is completely incorrect.

I used to have beefier more muscular thighs and cavs, but when I started running longer distances, my legs slimmed down into more "runners legs". I don't really do much in the gym for my legs other than cardio. I do a few calf raises and a quick set of leg press/leg extension, but not nearly maxed.

Is there a supplement to add to exercise for this?

I don't recommend supps in general via this medium of exchange. Especially when I don't know your age.
