This might seem like a simple question, but I can not find an answer anywhere. I have a really good metabolism I can eat whatever I want and never really gain any weight. I am 5'8 and 150 pounds with a 27" waist the only problem is I have fat legs and thighs, bigger than most other guys unless they are really out of shape.
I run a couple miles several times a week and I have a physically active job and I usually eat pretty healthy. I have tried a pretty hardcore diet before of really small healthy meals for a couple months but nothing happened and I was always too really weak. I run out of energy pretty fast actually, I have to eat really big meals otherwise I will run out of energy quick.
With all that in mind, is there any way that I can get normal sized legs?
