Fat Free dill dressing

I tend to not like the store bought fat free dressings. It seems like there is always some ingredient that I'm avoiding, like HFCS. If I'm looking for fat free, why do I need HFCS? For that reason I usually make my own and I thought I'd put one here. I make a full fat version, but I tried making a fat free last night and I'm happy with it.

Take fresh dill and mix equal parts chopped up dill and fat free yogurt. Salt and pepper to taste. It looks like you are using way too much dill, but it's ok. It's great on meat or fish. It might be a bit strong for a salad unless it has a lot of strong tasting vegetables.

the low fat greek yogurt is fantastic for this as well

I will put the same thing as a side dipper for grilled or roasted salmon -just add nin some garlic (either roasted or not) and a squeeze or three of fresh lemon juice..

It's awesome on salmon. That's where I usually use it. I will also usually add garlic, again what looks to be too much but it ends up being good. I didn't last night because I have plans that include being around people today.

I've been getting the Greek yogurt lately. Really good, especially with honey, or course.
