Simple question: do they work?
If they do, how effective are they when combined with excercise and healthy eating?
I'm asking because my friend is using them, and claims that they work very well. What I don't know is if his weight loss is a result of healthy eating (he doesn't excercise), or of both healthy eating + fat burners. He lost 17 lbs in 12 days...not sure how that happened (considering I've been eating healthy and excercising a lot longer than him, and I haven't lost as much as he has). So, are these fat burners some miracle pills that accelerate the weight loss?
I'm thinking that they aren't. I also don't want to experiment with pills that are going to cost me $60 a month.
What do you guys and gals think?
