Fat Burners and protein shakes.. Do they counter each other?

Hi!
22 yrs old 77kg 5'11 ..
Ive ordered Whey protein and some fat burners (MX-LS7) I train hard 5 times a week, trying to turn the excess into muscle is
now the biggest struggle..

20 mins: Spinning
10: Rowing
3 sets Kettle bell workout
2 sets Core Workout
6 sets focussin on arms, back and chest.

Its frustrating when im not 100% on everything altho it feels like im pushing myself to the limit.
If anyone has anyone has any advice how to get to that 'lean muscle' point in a few months.. it really would be appreciated!

Many thanks Jay

At 5'11" and 77 kg you can't have much fat to burn off. To start, fat burners are not effective. There is no supporting evidence that they work. To get rid of fat you have to burn more calories than you take in. At your age I suggest a better weight lifting program to build muscle and to continue with the 30 minutes or more of cardio. Go with the big muscle builders: bench, dead lift, squats and overhead press. The kettle ball and core are good conditioning exercises but won't build lean muscle mass.
