Fat Burner with training? Need an advice...

Hello,

I've bought a Fat Burner pills today - more likely I've take 10 pills of 2 different types (5 brown capsules and 5 white pills). I've went to the fitness market to buy an Optimum Mega Fat Burner package of 60 pills but it was sold out so the salesman suggested me these. I don't know what brand the pills are but I hope it will have the desired effect. He said I should take 1 brown capsule and 1 white pill 40 minutes before I go training (which is jogging for about 45 min or so...) and I have an obvious effect even in the first week (5 doses for 5 trainings). I also avoid red meals and chocolate and eating more vegetables, fruits (w/o bananas), chicken meal and stuff like that...

I wanted to ask you guys for a professional tip if there's any possibility for those pills to be harmful anyhow? (the Fat Burners) and am I getting the right training and practicing the right eating program?

Thanks in an advance.

Any kind of fat-burning drug is, generally, dangerous to your health. While some are effective in increasing your rates of fat oxidation, the side effects, especially those of which concern your heart, are not worth the benefits.

If you want to lose weight, there are healthier alternatives, such as a proper exercise and diet plan.

(PS: When taking ANY supplement, I seriously recommend that you research the effects of each ingredient in it and its effects. And don't just look on the retailer's website. Use an unbiased source, such as Wikipedia.)
