fat absorbtion

Ok this question has been bothering me for quite some time.

If i eat a meal what percentage of fat from that meal gets stored into my body?

As fat? Fat you eat does not get stored directly as body fat. All nutrients you eat get broken down in your digestive tract and then reconstituted into other things in your body. Your body then "burns" fat and carbs for energy. Most body fat actually is produced from excess carbs, not fat! Eating fat does NOT make you fat. Eating more calories than your burn makes you fat.
