Hey guys, I'm new here but I've been working out off and on since my young teens. I recently went through a period of not caring about my body and gained a ton of weight. I weighed about 250lbs until last February. My girlfriend and I decided to have a contest to see who could lose the most weight and get down to a certain weight in six months. Since February I have gone from 250lbs to 207lbs as of today. July 27th is the last day to get my target weight of 200lbs.

8:00am
35 minute jog
sit ups
15 crunches with 4lb medicine ball
15 each side seated side twists with medicine ball
15 leg lifts
30 alternating bicycle crunches
Stretching

3:00pm
Rope Skipping 1 minute
First set of Dumbbell Weight Routine
8 clean and press 2x20lbs
12 squats 2x20lbs
8 pullovers 2x10lbs
15 situps
6 chest presses 2x20lbs
8 good mornings 2x10lbs
8 bicep curls 2x20lbs
Rope Skipping 1 minute
Second set of Dumbbell Weight Routine
8 clean and press 2x20lbs
12 squats 2x20lbs
8 pullovers 2x10lbs
15 situps
6 chest presses 2x20lbs
8 good mornings 2x10lbs
8 bicep curls 2x20lbs

Alternating between Shadow-kickboxing and Bag work with emphasis on hands.
