Falling off the wagon, the FITNESS wagon that is!

Well, I want to start out by saying hi to all and Happy Holidays:)

As for my reason for starting this post, here it goes...
I feel I have stopped making time for my fitness and disipline for well being. How common is that? I became very active with my kids for the past two months(this caused me to be very tired) and I feel horrible. Cause I can feel the fat appearing and I want it to go away! I have been doing something about it the last two days. Going at it full speed ahead. I just want for that day to come , when I just wake up and work out or what ever I do. Even before when I was getting in to shape and lost twenty pounds. I wasnt waking up and just doing it... Does it take years? Or does it take major disipline? Thanks .

It does take discipline at first, but this needs to be looked as something that is long term, not something you'll do for a couple months until you get the physique you want. Your fitness well being needs to be a priority.

It's very common. I was doing NROL's fat loss workouts and they are extremely intense. After completing FLI, I had trouble starting FLII.

I'm now starting over at the beginning.
