fact or myth

is it true if you eat your dinner early and then go to sleep, like going to bed a little bit hungry, during the night when your body is burning up all the extra energy, becasue you were still bit hungry when u went to bed, your body starts using up the fat, cause most of the carbs are burnt already?

Your body still has carbs. Between your food that's still digesting and glycogen stores you're not going to run out of carbs unless you do it on purpose.

If I am assuming correctly... you wanna know if you go to bed hungry if you will burn more fat. Is that correct?

No it's not true. In fact it's harming you more than anything. It's best to have a small snack (preferably one with casein in it like cottage cheese) an hour or so before bed. This gives your body enough glucose without going overboard. You could eat anything before bed and supply it with glucose, but something like cottage cheese is preferred because it is low in carbs (AKA- low GI).
