It is not easy to reduce fats from selective parts of body (spot reduction), however, if follow healthly clean diet, watch calories and do cardio and weights in your work-out, you will surely lose fats - including your face.

I have seen people look toned up in 2-3 months only. There is a colleague of mine at work. She was not too much over-weight. But she worked hard @ gym for 2-3 months, and she lost weight from every part of her body.

The first three months is the easiest, after that you have to work at it.
 
True.

I gained quiet a lot of muscles and mass in first 2-3 months and then the gains slowed down drastically. But will that make me quit? Nah!:)

Sorry Patel, you've just got to deal with having fat cheeks. Join the club! I have the same affliction... I can't smile without forcing my eyes shut!
