Ok, its time for me too make a diary, im 2 days into eating right again..its nothing, BUT i already feel like im getting somewhere!. I have found my motivation in a big way and its totaly kickstarted me into getting a move on with things!
My family thinks im crazy starting at this time of year.."why on earth now? why not after christmas?" well the way i was going i could quiet easily add a few pounds by new years day! i will be eating christmas dinner with ALL the trimmings tho
I have up until now been eating absolutly terrible, were talking junk..all day, beers in the evenings coupled with more junk!!, microwavable burgers,hotpockets,beers,pies,chocolate, you name it....My body has payed the price for it too! getting the motivation too get up one morning and decide "thats it, im eating right again, and no beers" has been the hardest thing, iv done that, im started-and i feel great for it! should have done it a long time ago but no time for regrets!, first hurdle cleared.
This diary i will be updating daily, just too keep track of things, post what iv eaten and how im lifting, track progress and keep me accountable. Weekly weigh in`s , measurements, and just random thoughts and feelings.
Il be posting yesterdays information each day because as far as im concerned the day aint over till iv gone too sleep lol!.
I know exactly what i want and where i want too be, lets see how close i can get over this next coming year
