I am currently doing the Westside for skinny bastards 1 program but lately I have noticed that my Lats, Traps and Biceps are falling behind so I would like to add in an extra workout but am not sure when to do it. I was thinking of doing it on a wednesday (lower body day) but not at the same time as it would make the workout too long.
I could swap the days around a bit but I have Football practice on sundays and have noticed that doing weights the day before seriously affects me in practice.
So what do you think?
