Extra skin

Hey guys, this is my first thread as I am a new member. I've done a lot of reading and this site is definitly going to be a huge help for me. I am 19 years old, 5'11, 175lbs, and muscular.

I used to be 15/16/17, 5'2-5'4, 230lbs, and fat as hell. I have made a full body transformation by eating right, running a ton, and working hard at the gym. I'm not here for help with my diet or workout regimine because I'm still cutting down and looking better every week.

I'm looking to find out if there is anything I can do to tighten skin. I used to have a massive stomache, that's where most of my excesss fat was. That gut is gone and my stomache is flat now, but I can't see my abs because of the skin.

I can see my abs when I put my arms over my head so that the skin tightens, and I know it's not too fatty because there is no depth to the skin. It's wrinkly, saggy, and kind of seems empty.

My chest, shoulders, back, and arms are cut and I am very happy with the rest of my body. Is there a way to tighten the skin over my stomache without plastic surgery?
 
I can tell you what I did to tighten my skin: I did leg and back work, and a careful diet with a slight zig zag approach.

I went surplus for 3 days, and deficit for 4 days. I set up a goal for the back on a progressive scale forward. The theory at the time was: If I can grow a bit of muscle in my lats and lower back a bit, as it grows, my skin would pull backward toward my back. I also added a special bent over row with a tri bar.

I also did squats: Take a light bar and do squats the correct way, and you will feel the tightening (stablizing and pull on the torso).

this was a breif synopsis, and it worked for me.
