After doing some plyometrics two weeks ago, I felt pain in my abs. I thought it was typical workout pain, but every few days it would come back.
Today during a whole body workout, I was doing my 3rd set of wide grip pull downs. Light weight (60kg), slow motion (1sec down/5sec up). On rep #4, I received a terrible pain in the same area that has been sore for two weeks.
Tried to go to the next exercise, Push Downs, and after one rep, I was in so much pain. Couldn't do any other exercise that put strain on the abs.
Any advice on how to heal an abdominal muscle strain? It is driving me crazy and will drive me more crazy if I cannot hit the training room on Monday.
