This is Joe. I'm the owner of yoga-for-beginners.net, and I stumbled across this forum by looking at my referral logs.
I noticed I was getting many visitors from this message, so I wanted to see what it was about.

So I guess I feel a bit uncomfortable about people putting my stuff out there like this.. .
But to tell you the truth, if our yoga training e-book can bring you guys some benefit, I guess I shouldn't get to upset since I was giving it away (along with some other stuff as well) for free.

To address Mystery Man or Mister X or whoever the guy is who posted my file, and his concern about why I require an email registration to download the yoga e-book:
This is my personal hobby, and my passion, as well. I'm a firm believer that Yoga can help people to live a truly healthy and joyful life and this is important to me because I do care for other people and it makes me feel good to see them happy and healthy.
So myself and a few other like-minded people in my little Yoga “Mastermind Group" have decided to start giving away as much good free info and other stuff related to Yoga as we can.
We're also about 1 week away from launching a free, no-advertising Yoga newsletter and we wanted to offer it to people who joined the site.

So I hope that clears things up a bit.

I have alot going on right now, but if anybody has any questions about Yoga or would maybe be interested in helping me with the newsletter, or anything - just shoot me an email at admin(at)yoga-for-beginners(dot)net . . .
