Unfortunately I have quite a fat belly I would say and this is the spot which I hate the most. My thighs are okay I would say. But I really want to do something against the fat on my belly. Do you know any good exercises which train the belly in particular?
 
Unfortunately with weight loss, there's no such thing as spot reduction. I would love to see a few inches off of my waist ASAP. However, I just have to wait and see what mother nature has in store for me. If anything, you can do various crunches to strengthen the obliques, rectus abdominus, etc.etc If you have a good amount of belly fat to begin with, don't expect to see a 6 pack any time soon. ;) (I won't see one for a WHILE. haha!) I've heard somewhere that the belly is really the last thing to go during weight loss. It seems like a good idea to just get into a routine that works your whole body and includes cardio and healthy eating. IF you could just get the belly you wanted, you would want to get something else in shape right after it that you would be self conscious about.. so you may as well head straight towards overall fitness. You'll be happier in the long run.
