Exercising while being on a Detox.

Hello, so i am 18 years old and 120kg. I am aiming to get 90kgs as soon as i can. I have found a eating plan for two months which i am starting this monday and i'll be done with it just before xmas.

The plan includes eating very little and eating at proper times, for example.. I can have maybe 120g chicken, 100g vege for dinner etc etc..

I also got to drink 3L water a day. Which is fine for me.

I cant really be bothered typing the whole plan but if anyone really needs to know to answer my question i can post it.

But my question is.. Would it be safe to exercise with the detox.. I heard there is no need.. But i wanna lose as much weight as i can.

I have a cross trainer and a punching bag at my house which are my only really options also a crappy rowing machine and little dumbells.

So what do you guys think of this?

Thanks

Well, to be honest, while on a detox diet like that you're likely to find yourself without the physical energy for high intensity exercise. Sure, do something at a moderate pace should be alright, but you probably shouldn't push it too hard.

All in all though, take your time while trying to lose weight. Putting too much strain on your body to drop a load of weight extremely fast isn't healthy, means that you've probably made a change to your lifestyle that won't be permanent, and the weight will be harder to maintain. In general, the longer it takes to put off, the easier it is to keep it off.

Hi,
I do have some experience in that area, but I do know of someone that is considered one of the best in fitness and nutrition. His background includes a 5 year tour of duty in the military, including multiple deployments overseas. He has spent his entire life studying and applying fitness and nutrition. This guy is amazing! He has personally helped me through a lot and he will most definitely be of help to you. If you have any questions, contact this guy….free consultation. ..he’s legit. And you can get a hold of him on facebook under “Relentless Training Club” All of his info is on this page (including Phone number).

Please stop.

I'd pretty much second this, although I will note that, depending on when you exercise and the quality + quantity of your surrounding nutrition, you may be able to do some pretty decent work in the gym.
