I spend about two hours a day in my car getting to and from work, and then at least 8 hours a day at work, where I have various activities of walking around a dorm room and court yard or sitting at a computer. Are there any exercises I can do during these times? I can't bring any equipment or a ball to work, so I'm wondering if there's something I can do discreetly?I'm not looking for anything too hard or strenuous (that's why I have my treadmill at home), just something I can do while I'm talking with clients or working on paperwork. Every little bit helps!
