Exercising at Work?

I spend about two hours a day in my car getting to and from work, and then at least 8 hours a day at work, where I have various activities of walking around a dorm room and court yard or sitting at a computer. Are there any exercises I can do during these times? I can't bring any equipment or a ball to work, so I'm wondering if there's something I can do discreetly?I'm not looking for anything too hard or strenuous (that's why I have my treadmill at home), just something I can do while I'm talking with clients or working on paperwork. Every little bit helps! :hurray:

Ya know. I haven't really come up with anything yet. I used to do dips on my swivel chair when no one was around....

Push ups in the bathroom....(I know, kind of gross, but that's why there's a sink).

Other than that, just try to stand up from your desk at least every 15 minutes. I always get up if I'm going to give a phone call to someone else. I don't send emails to my co-workers. I always get up if I have something to tell them.

But when it comes down to it. I really don't get much movement in when I'm at work :(
