Exercises Routine Needed!

Hey Everyone im Elizabeth & im new to the forums, ive had abit of a look around and i cant seem to find a thread based on what i wanted to ask..

To cut a long story short im in need of some exercises to help me tone up my ass and get rid of my little love handles..

I work rather short hours so i have a fair bit of time on my hands meaning i can work out basiclly when-ever i want & i would rather do it myself insted of joining a gym, coz im sure i wouldnt need HEAPS AND HEAPS of work.

I was hoping some of you might be able to help me with this quest by giving me some advice of routines i could do to help me tone up those two problem areas..My Butt & My Love handles..

Any advice or help you all could give would be great and i would really appreciate it

If you'd like, you should start a diary in the Women's Health section, and read about others' experiences with this. More to the point, you can also read this thread on weight loss. That said, I'd suggest looking at your diet to see if you're eating as clean as you could be. Past that a program of weights and cardio will help you to achieve your goal. (I do cardio 3x a week and a full body weight routine 3x a week). Hope this helps.
