Exercises for saggy breasts?

For the past 2 or 3 years I've been going up and down on the scale. I've noticed that my breasts have started to sag. Are there any exercises that I can do to try to make them perkier?

I found this online. Is this true?

Put your hands together like you're praying with your elbows pointing straight out. Now push your hands together tightly and you will feel your front pec muscles contract and raise up.

I learned this exercise from the movie "Grease" and have been doing it on/off for about 20 years. When people ask me why my breasts are so perky and round, sometimes even "Are those real". I proudly say yes and show them my exercise.

I usually do 1 sets of 25 slowly and hold it each time for about 5 seconds and then end the set with a 10 second power push. I do this twice a day usually after a shower or some other daily activitiy. Other times when I bored, I'll just do about 100.

Once I'm consistent, I usually see improve within two weeks. I've been doing it faithfully for about 3 months now, and my boyfriends swears they look enormous and firmer.

Give it a try, it's easy, and you can actually watch your breasts muscles perk up! (I use a mirror). As a bonus, you'll also get some nice definition to your arms.
 
when doing this exercise do you also have ot chant the mantra I MUST I MUST I MUST INCREASE MY BUST :) Like i learned in junior high :)

the breast itself contains no muscle it's just fatty tissue, so while you might be building the chest muscle, I'mnot sure how much is really happening to the breast itself.
 
i use to be a security officer at this club,well i had to pat everyone down that went inside....i would start from top to bottom in my ''pat search'' lol..well long story short i noticed in the three months i was posted at this club my but was more firm and more round and pronounced....i kno it sux(trust me) but squats REALLY do help the butt in shape,size,and definition :) :) :)
