Liam,

I'll be honest with you. No one really wants to respond to you any more. You've posted on here repeatedly, we've given you advice repeatedly, and you've ignored it.

I've given you TONS of advice via PM and even suggested an exercise routine for you to follow, as you well know. You didn't even complete a full week of that routine before you quit and started eating junk again.

People have been answering your questions and trying to help you for nearly 6 months now, since you first signed on ot the board. You ignore what they have to say, refuse to believe them, refuse to follow their advice or the advice in the sticky posts. Then a couple of weeks later you come back and ask the same question again.

It takes time and effort to put together a thoughtful, helpful answer - something that many of us have done for you time and again. None of us get paid for this - we do it because we want to. So after a while, it's a waste of our time and effort to keep answering the same question over and over and over again. We know that you're going to make a bunch of excuses, refuse to believe what we say, and then come back in another 2 weeks and ask the same questions. Again.

Either take the advice you've been given and do something with it or don't. But quit asking.

Please don't PM me because I won't respond.
