exercise???

Nah.

I prefer people exercise with food in their system. But beyond that, no major issues.

Also, I wouldn't recommend lifting heavy weights in the morning, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions with your spine.
 
The one that fits your schedule, honestly. The one you'll be able to consistently adhere to.

I don't exercise early for a few reasons:

A) I am not a morning person. I get up early, but the last thing I feel like doing is picking up heavy things and putting them back down, repeatedly.

B) Not enough time to eat first and let my food settle before hopping into the gym.
