no this isnt a joke, and it may come in handy for new moms. i was actually looking for a clothing size chart, then came upon a link to a penis size chart then clicked on something else and came up witht this.

Oh I really needed this. I am so glad your post cought my eye! My doc told me to be doing these exercises cause I have been loosing control of my bladder. Maybe I have been doing them worng all this time? Well, we'll have to give these a try! THANKS!
