Hey guys.
I've run into an issue when it comes to exercise - I have a bad back. Thankfully, it's not an awful deformity, but my back does have minor scoliosis and kyphosis, and I believe them to be the reason I have frequent symptoms of back pain.
When I go to exercise, the first part of me to give up on me(and after not too long) is my lower back, and once that happens the pain moves to my upper back(around where my spinal curvature is).
I've done a little research, and I think it may be a problem with weak back muscles and abdomen, and my back isn't getting the support it needs when I exercise, so the pain begins.
Anyway. I'm going to incorporate back-strengthening exercises into my workouts, but I just wanted to post here to see if anyone has had problems of a similar nature, or have heard of any different cases that I might want to know about.
Thanks.
Mitch
