Exercise to stop getting lose skin/ to get a flat tummy

Hi everyone,

Ive made the decision that 2010 will be the year i finally lose my 10 stone excess weight, i am going to do it the old fashioned way of counting calories and exercise. The exercises im going to do are cycling, weight training, walking and hopefully going to build up to running.

Now im wondering if there are any exercises which will help stop me from getting lose skin, i know i will probably have some as i do have alot of weight to lose, but im wanting to do everything i can not to have lose skin.

On the same page im wanting to get as much of a flat tummy that i can, are there any exercises in particular i will need to do to get one? And any particular exercises i will need to do to get rid of flabby arms?

You cant loose the exces skin the best thing for you to do is go slow quick weight loss will cause more loose skin.
 
Losing the weight in a slow manner will help with loose skin. Dramatic weight loss will in most cases increase the amount of loose skin. While loose skin can not always be completely avoiding, slow weight loss is the best remedy.
 
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
 
yeah, loose weight slowly, get plenty of fluids to keep your skin elasticy, stop smoking if you do that (this has a pretty big impact), and just don't rush it. Thats the best non-surgical thing you can do.
